How Active Are You?

Our ‘How active are you?’ quiz for adults looks at your current levels of physical activity and inactive behaviours, highlighting areas for improvement and recognising positive lifestyle habits.

Some of the day-to-day tasks that you may already be doing could count towards the physical activity recommendation of 150 minutes of moderate intensity activity per week.

  1. How much time per week do you spend completing any physically active tasks?

  2. Is the majority of any physical activity you do, of a moderate to vigorous nature?

  3. Excluding sleep, how much of your day is spent sedentary?

  4. Do you prefer activities that are sedentary or physical? eg. would you choose to watch television/ reading a book or going for a walk/ playing a sport?

  5. When the option is available, which mode of transport would you choose to take?
